Cylinder head with 14mm studs.

I have had two customers in the last three years experience cracks in head bolt boss above the exhaust runner on our head. 99.9% of 14mm stud users will not have any issues. That being said, if you are going to run 150#+ torque with 14mm studs, be proactive and machine bolt boss level with the surface of the head.

If cracks are experienced, at worst you will need to remove the head, mill the affected area and re-install.
