True statement, where Chinese parts struggle is the consistency and their ability to find the defective parts.

Our regular supply is excellent, but we ran out and outsourced and got burnt. It wont happen again.

Wow. Glad I read this thread.

Is there a way to determine the difference between the origin of different cases? I suppose one could measure the bore compared to the pump OD.

Its a non issue. I've had 2 bad cases in 10 years. both came from a 3rd party I wont use again.
