Lay up yesterday and de-mold today This is the grille and the headlight plugs, the plugs will make the inside or the headlight bucket.

De molded today and here's the parts all three stages pattern,mold, & headlight bucket
I have do a build up for a 3/16'' slot all around for the lens to fit in next.

On to the lens using tape and cardboard to build a box around the HL
next fill the box with foam
start shaping to a ruff fit
Try it in the truck
Bondo and sand over the foam
Just comparing the size of the new lens vs. to old lens.
