What turbo is this?

Hey guys just found a barely used turbo in the back of my new shop but can't figure out what it goes on exactly. I know its off a duramax but can't figure out the specs on it.
The P/N: 8980033661
S/N: JBM012989
Any help is greatly appreciated thanks guys

Does it say Garrett or IHI?

Its most likely a variable vane off of a lly or newer.

Any other ideas on what year model this is off of. What year model is the lly?
