I'll be there as long as they are gonna adjust load according to each truck. Last time I was there they wouldn't move it from a 30 percent load

How do you get consistent dyno results if you change the load? Serious question not talking crap. If I have time off I'll make it either in the tdi or the truck if it's done.

The load on a dyno varies depending on how a truck is set up. Guys running large single turbos need a higher load percent then a guy running a set of small compounds. A stock turbo truck might need a 20% load whereas one with a large single and more mods would need something closer to 40%. I prefer 30-40. A lot of it depends on how long the pull lasts also. If your maxing the speedo in 3 seconds and aren't making full boost, add load.

Now I know for a fact that isnt true.....most of the trucks there thought they were big stuff and couldnt even pull through 30%. So load was constantly being adjusted..... After all the kids left the the trucks started rolling through like butter. Not trying to cause a ruckus but didnt want false info being spread about this event

I might have to throw the 6.7 on there and see what it does.

all i know is they didnt adjust the load at all for my truck. i was running the same load as all the stock turbo edge running cummins trucks. so i never spooled....

im going again and we'll see how they do

This might work out good. It'll give me a deadline to have a few things done to the truck by March. I might have a few 1st gen customers make the trek, that have been wanting to dyno.

To dirtymaxx03. was at the shot running a few pre dyno runs and we have it set up to have it at load % the driver decides. now would you perfer it to stay loaded the whole time or once you get to the right rpm it goes 0% load. were looking at keeping load on the full pull.

I would like to go and help out with this event. I got your email the other day but it's lost? Or something in my email box. Pm me some more details and I'll lend a hand if you need one. Doubt I'll dyno anything. Trucks are Always running terrible when cool things come along.
