We are aiming for 20 trucks total, starting at 8am until 6pm.

Do you have a plan for inclement weather?.Since its so late in the year and knowing where you are anything could happen.

Since the runs need to prepaid and something happens before the show date or you have to reschedule or cancel due to weather,will those who enter be refunded?

We are thinking about this show but with how late in the year it is and knowing the weather could be crappy would depend on if we make it or not.

Thanks for asking, I'm new to web forums so this helps. Our rain date would be the following Saturday (12/1). If anyone would be unable to make the rain date, we will issue a refund. You can also call the office at (845) 778-2737 with any questions.

Here's our digital flyer, our address is 630 route 52, Walden, NY 12586. We've done 40 trucks in a day.. All competitors will get a burger, hotdog, and drink so you're covered food wise.

Tried to call this morning around 10am,no answer and didn't leave a message.
Was trying to get a few other answers to nail down what we as owners needed to do for this show.
