thanks again everyone for all the posts i really appreciate it i got some what of a carnage list put together, i pulled the passenger side valve cover off cause number 7 had the signs of being the trouble maker, and found 6 bent push rods, two of them in better "S" than i can put on paper those were the ones with 7. I got the new push rods in and re adjusted the valves at ppe today and hopefully have it running before noon, so i can jump over and pull appart the drivers side to see how many bent there .
