Dumb Fleece Controler Question

i picked up a he351ve for my 2002 dodge. i was wondering what sensor inputs dose the controler use to move the nozzle? id assume you would want the nozzle to open would faster with more fuel, nitrous, w/m, ext. to keep from over spooling, and keep egt's down.
