I got a pacbrake fuel fitting from Vulcan performance that was originally intended for their CR exhaust brake kits. It fit great on the back of the head. If you call Eric at Vulcan, he'll know what to set you up with

Thanks,

If this is what you were referring to, I believe he is looking for the size of the small banjo in the return line coming from the injectors that originally threads into the top of one of the other banjo bolts in the factory fuel filter housing. Its definitely not M14x1.5 Should be much smaller. the head of the bolt is a 10mm or 11mm maybe so its smaller than that. probably around 6 or 8mm if I had to guess, but I don't like guessing. I'm going to need that size as well if anyone knows what it is.

Thanks Stubz!, That's exactly the one I am referring too which IS NOT IN THE THREAD FITTING DATA BASE .............................. Yet. I am going to drill and tap a log fitting to the correct pitch , when I figure that out, for my injector return. I will post up the results.
Not sure what the animosity from Biggy is about . I did search and research etc..then posted.
On another note I have found some of the 12v piston lift pumps have different thread sizes. I have one where a huge 1/2 npt thread fits into , and the regular on with the small hole. I will post pictures and figure out the thread size and what not I know the inside depth is different so they don't interchange. one had 2 springs and one has 1 spring.
Thanks,
Deo

I read last night somewhere that it is a 6mm. I also saw another guy put a tube nut with a collar and flared his to AN so he could hook a line to it to an aftermarket regulator

I liked the one that drilled a male AN plug and soldered it onto the line. Seemed less labor intensive.
And I was feeling like a pretty Unicorn that day.....

Show me a pic I'll tell you. Their isn't a lot of different sizes on p7100. 12,14,and maybe 18 for front fuel port. It's been so long since I've touched mine.

I think that's where this went wrong. I caught that they were talking about the banjo bolts on the fuel filter base.

Yes. He was looking for the size of the very small one that attaches the return line (that bolts to all 6 injectors on a 12V) to the top of the factory filter housing.

Also, I thought it would be good to mention that for those looking for the AN fitting that is a banjo on one end and has the -6 line that attaches to it (in one piece) for the return for the injection pump, you can just order the 9/16 size banjo carb fitting from Jegs/summit and just use a factory 14mm banjo bolt instead of the 9/16 one they give you with the fitting
Click the image to open in full size. the fitting I'm talking about is the one on top of the pile

The Small 12V injector return banjo bolt is 8mm x 1.25 pitch. I have to check the side of the tap, but I believe it's 17/64ths drill to make a new hole.
Thanks,
Deo
