new to forum looking for help

I am looking for people that have had the carbon packing issue with the cummins. I am looking to do some testing with about 10 people with some additives that we produce to help resolve this problem. thanks

That's when carbon gets stuck above the top piston ring and eventually polishes the cylinder walls. I know ISX's have a 'carbon packing' issue, but I haven't heard of many light duty engines having this issue. Plus it's all but completely resolved with the 'reduction' of EGR.
