Pcs tuning a 4r100

I'm in need of any good input on how to set up a good base tune right out of the gates until I can get my fresh engine broke in. Then what aux inputs would be best to plumb to the PCS for best driveability, tuneability, and performance? I plan on using tach, TPS, and a map sensors so far. It will be in my compound turb p24v dodge weekend warrior which will probably never tow anything other than during engine break in.
Thanks!
