Cancel my order and refund me!

Ordered an air shutoff guillotine a month ago from these ass clowns. Evey time I emailed they would just say they would send a tracking number when it shipped. Got the same story Thursday so I bought one from somewhere else so I wouldnt miss the first pull of the season. I then emailed cpp to cancel my order because I couldnt wait any longer. No response. Called multiple times friday and sat on hold for 30-40 min each time before needing to hang up. Emailed again today and called multiple times with no one ever answering. All I want is my order cancelled and to be refunded! Anyone have another way of getting ahold of them or the next steps i should take?
 
Didnt even know there were problems with them until I went to start this thread. I have bought from them several times without issue.
 
Jamie is active on Facebook on his personal profile and the business profile. I would try there. if the comment gets deleted then you know he saw the comment LOL.
 
I have had to post on their Facebook page before to get anything to happen. I have also played the hour long hold game, unanswered emails, etc
 
Every time I ordered from them it took 2-3 weeks to ship and multiple times they sent me the wrong item. Ordered arp dampener bolts and they sent me arp head studs for a power stroke lmao.
 
I am not on facebook so I will have to get a buddy to bother him about this. I probably will just call my credit card company tomorrow and see if they can just cancel the payment. Sure hope they can so I can stop stressing about this ...

In his defense...I'm sure his great orders to bad orders ratio is probably 100:1.....we only hear about the bad ones here because folks come here to b1tch...sometimes, the only reason they join is to b1tch.

Im sure it is. Ive bought small stuff here and there from him a handful of times without issue and even delivered in a timely manner. But of coarse the one time I order a pricey item I do. I wasnt even in a hurry for it until 2 weeks went by...
 
The card shouldn't be charged until the items ship , the customer service once was good at cpp . You hate seeing things like this offering a refund is a reasonable request .

Make sure you screenshot it after you post so they can't deny it was there.
