Battle of the bluegrass pulling Pine knot ,ky-Jamestown,Tn

The Battle of the Bluegrass Pulling Series(BOB Series) heads south for two days of pulling action this weekend. On Friday, September 11, 2009, the BOB Series will be at the Southern Kentucky Off Road Complex in Pine Knot, Kentucky and on Saturday September 12, 2009, the BOB Series will be at the Fentress County Fairgrounds in Jamestown, TN. “We have had a lot of pullers ask us to host some events in the Southern part of our region, and this weekend fans and pullers alike will be in for a great show.”, said BOB Series CEO Tom McConnell. “We expect a good turnout of fans and pullers and look forward to seeing some new pullers compete against our series regulars.”, commented McConnell.

Friday Night, September 11, 2009, the BOB Series will be at the Southern Kentucky Off Road Complex. This is a new off road complex, which usually runs off road vehicles, mud trucks and rock crawlers. This is the first time the complex has hosted a pull. The pull is sponsored by B & B Metals, Central State Metal Company, Weather Tite, Heely-Brown Roofing Supply, Seal-Tite Fasteners, Safeway Garage Doors, Wayne’s Cycle(Arctic Cat), Marcum Parts (Parts City) and Marlar’s Auto Mart. Classes to run include the Work Stock Diesel Trucks, Pro Stock 4WD Trucks, Pro Street Diesel Truck(2.6), Pro Farm Tractors and Outlaw Diesel Trucks(2.8).
