could be timing. my injectors knocked because of seals being shot. are you having hard starts? when its not cold out

its got the factory gauge and it might need new injector seals...wouldnt suprise me but i dont have hard starts unless its super cold out.

Get a real gauge before you make any assumptions using that factory junk

yea ive read that alot. it was a plan oof mine to get a pillar pod and what not. looks like ill be gettin that done earlier.

IDon't Want To Completely Derail But I'm Having This Exact same Issue On A Friends 93With Factory Turbo. Engine Was Originally Pulled Because Of assumed Rod Knock By Someone Else. I Rebuilt The Engine And Put It BackAll Back TogetherAnd It Still Knocks. I Do Have A Hard Start Issue Even On Hot Day For The First Time Starting It. Should I Try To Advance Or Retard The Timing.
