Just tried raising the GPM from 45 to 50. Worked great, until the Anteater locked up. Then back to 25MPH before the 1-2 shift. When I cycled the power, it was the same. Worked great until the Anteater locked up, before it got up to 10 mph.

It shows only zero's. I had to stop 4 times on the way home to cylethe poer and reinitialize FTSC. Each time, It go to 10MPH, in 1st gear and locked up. each time the same. But each time the trans temp stayed at 0.
And, was slowing down to turn and the TCC did not unlock. Fortunately, I was alert enough grab neutral. I tried putting it back in drive, but convetrer was still locked. Had to cycle the power (shut truck off and restart engine) to get back to normal operation. This only happened once.

Is fluid level okay at 140F?
Check the TransTemp column, does it change after the first two normal shifts? It should be 0 for >50F fluid temp, 1 for 41-50F, 2 for 31-40F, etc. If it's at 7, the temp sender isn't working.

Do you have a black plastic 4 pin transducer or a metal square transducer? The gov pressure error is way too high.

I wish I could tell you. I lose communication to my laptop within a few hundred feet, after initializing it. I have noticed that I get 1 or 2 cycles of shifts at the programmed set points, then its back to 25MPH before the trans comes out of low.
Fortunately, the locked converter issue only happened once, so far.
Fluid level was 1 quart low and I topped it off. No noticeable change was noted after adding fluid.

Not sure where the transducer is? I have the 6pin black square neutral safety switch/ back up light switch, the multi pin connector for the valve body and the VSS near the tail stock.
I found pictures of a black transducer. I do not remember seeing it on my transmission??

OH! Pressure transducer, located inside the trans?? Did a little more research. The mind is a terrible thing.....
Guess the pan is coming off. About time for that new deep pan.
If I put the pressure gauge on the governor port, what should I be looking for?

It should match the feedbackpsi almost exactly.

Got the gauge hooked up to the governor port. Zero pressure in drive, until I start to move.Stays zero in first to about 12 mph. Moves up pretty quickly to 60. Jumps to 90 on the 2nd gear shift and stays there through 3rd. As soon as the torque converter locks it jumps to 125 and stays there in OD. Holds very steady 125, until the converter unlocks. Back to 90 through 3rd and second. Drops to about 60 in first and tapersback to zero before coming to a stop.
Still staying 1st to 25mph. After that shifts follow the programming.
I will try to get laptop to stay connected while the gauge is connected tomorrow. Maybe I will have better luck running it on jack stands. Plus safer than trying to watch gauges and laptop while driving, eating a burger and texting!!

The 1-2 shift should happen with gov pressure ~45psi which by your description is 12mph. If it's not shifting at that point, the TV preset is too high which will stack 1-2 and 2-3. Normally, TV around 80-85% is about right.
I haven't been successful with jackstands because no load allows it to accelerate too quickly.

I made some advances on Android, but it's falling behind some other priorities.
It's going to be one of those "Ta-da, it's here!" kind of things.

Alright thanks for the reply. How about using a momentary switch for lockup, and the controller would unlock the converter at a set speed. I have a fmvb and it's a pain in the button finding 2 single pull single throw switches small enough to go anywhere convenient for a daily driver. I hate having to reach everytime I want to lock or hit od. Im using 2 momentary switches right now with latching relays but Im just not happy with it

The 47RH support would have been like this, but the project was postponed indefinitely due to the 47/48RE stuff taking all my time.

What he said. I have a solution for the FMVB guys that came up a couple of years ago but got sidelined.
It sounds like I'm going to have to quit my real job and go full time test monkey
