Fuel rail plug questions??

I have an 08 dodge 6.7 deleted, 5 inch straight pipe, cold air intake, h&s xrt pro, fass 150, beans diesel sump kit.

if i run the fuel rail pressure plug on my daily driver will that hurt it over time?

Yes. A rail plug will damage the injectors.

If you are having problems with it opening prematurely on you, you can put a shimmed relief in it.

Bosch wouldn't have designed the ports into the rail if they didn't intend for cummins bros to plug them off, duhh

Other then blowing a injector nozzle or solenoid off what harm is there? I don't see pullers or racers running them. I know it's not right or recommended, but half the stuff we do isn't.

I got the ppe shim kit. Before it would move good. Build boost then before I knew it fall on its face. Now it makes and holds. I used all 3 shims.
