'08 f350, 24 valve, nv4500 - neutral start circuit?

It's been 3.75 years since i have had the money and time to work on my cummins swap.

pulled the 5r110 since i needed it for another f350 i had at the time. Now i am going with the nv4500, dodge starter, etc.

truck won't crank over, is there a neutral start circuit that i need to ground out? truck started life as a 5.4L gasser if that helps. I have access to shopkey aswell, just can't make heads nor tails of where to start.
