Do you mean rocker to bridge lash? .01 IIRC

Stock valve to piston clearence is right around .05.

yeah, .01 and .010 is the same thing. im assuming this is for the intake side. what about exhaust?

without looking, I think are about the same for stock valvetrain. .010 for intake and exhaust.
