np241 input differences

Hello everyone,

I'm doing an NV4500 swap from my 47re on my 01. I'm swapping my input on my 241LDL transfer case. My current input has the wide bearing but over all length is about 4.2", however all the 29 spline wide bearing new gear cuts I'm seeing at 5" over all length. Can anyone confirm or correct me that the 5" over all length is correct to mating to the NV4500?
