he351ve twins...

Ok so i have a 01 24 valve auto that is getting a 175hp p7100. I have not chosen an injector yet. I have a he351ve sitting in the garage, i plan on buying your controller and would like to build a twin setup out of it. What charger should i be looking at for a primary? Ht60, ht3b, s475? This is somewhat budget but mainly would like to make good power and still be able to tow 10-12k. I would assume that this would be a quick spooling setup?
thanks
