Tipm issue?

Driving down the road and the dash went dead and truck went dead. Dash kept flickering on and off. Removed the keys and the dash kept freaking out. Disconnected batteries and then reconnected and it was fine any insight would be great

When batteries disconnect it resets tipm, so could possibly be.

The Dorman replacement tipm worked perfect plug and play, no coding.
