HA ha, I lose....

I ran a 9.1@73mph with the converter unlocked the whole way. Hopefully it will be mid-low 8s with the converter locked in First gear. There were a few other trucks, but they were pretty much stock. Mid 10s maybe.

LOL the tech guy didn't even want to see under my hood.....He said "Just don't run faster than 8.59 with a passenger" and that was it! Irwindale is pretty lax.
 
No offense jq, but I thought you were faster than that? Do you have another truck? Or I might have you confused with someone else LOL
 
It's not the 2wd, it's this truck.....

Plus, no lockup switch yet. Should go 13s with lockup. Truck's mostly stock other than injectors and a few pump mods. Stock intake and exhaust even.
 
It's hard to tell, but the truck was parked on a steep downhill slope, so it looked kinda funny.....
