Why not just disconnect the vacuum switch on the t-case, and run a vacuum line directly to the CAD to keep it engaged all the time? Its been working in my truck for the last 6 or 7 years now.

Sorry to drag off topic but is the front driveshaft double joint rebuildable at the transfer case?
