V2 no connection

Trying to get my V2 to respond with my computer. Continues to say not connected. When trying to update firmware and put in license information etc... does not let me type anything in. Really not sure where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a driver issue. Download the drivers from the efi website. If the computer does not see the V2, most always a driver problem.

Yea got it to work, Thanks. I figured out that Parallels running Windows on a mac stops the connection from working.
