Glow plugs dont work after programmer install

My buddy installed a bully dog downloader in his 06 duramax, and after the install none of the glow plugs work. He took the bully dog out and they still wont work. He is getting trouble codes po671,672,673,674,675,676,677,678. Could the programmer have messed anything up or could the module just be bad?

I would say the control module went out. But I would bet a VERY LAAAAAAAAAARGE some of money that the BullyDog caused the issue and fried it. When we first got into diesel performance we got a BullyDog for our LB7 when it was brand new and the cooked 2 ecm with it. BullyDog blamed GM. I would never recomend a BUllydog unit of any kind for a GM or any older Edge units.

thats what i was thinking. ive heard a lot of negative feedback on the bully dog and i think that it messed up my ecm in my dodge. the same one thet started his problem made my truck start popping with all downloaders except for 1 smarty tune. read my thread about it and tell me what you think

Well you changed the CP3 and it fixed your hard start issue, I would say there is a possible issue with your ecm then. this is pure speculation as my knowledge of cummins is pretty limited.
