3" to 3.75" or 3.63" reducing sleeve

Anyone know where to get a straight 3" to 3.75" or 3" to 3.63" silicone reducing sleeve? I cannot find a straight one for the life of me, can find the 45 degree ones all day long, no straight ones like I need though...
