Very very very few people in any industry continue to have the service you do.

yes, he is. When you call him, he talks to you like he's know ya for years. Very easy to deal with, and I've been pleased with his products every time.

He told me it would be a while because they were backed up, Cristin called me just a few days later saying it was ready to be shipped. :Cheer:

Exactly. You don't wait on hold to talk to somebody who knows nothing about the product. You order through the man who is behind everything. He makes me smile every time I call. Very enjoyable to talk to.

Exactly how my dealings went. He was disappointed he couldn't get out put together for a few days. I had a tracking number the next day LOL


Like I mentioned it is very cool to see a truly good company getting bigger because the owner has integrity and pride in his product.

^^^^ Is the man for sure. Bought couple converters from him recently and like you said, always enjoy talking to him and definitely makes you comfortable about what your getting. So much so in fact that you just wanna give him your money cuz he is such a badazz lol. Definitely only person I will get my converters from from here on out.
