I'm 99% sure you could modify a normal gear to work. The center hub area is thinner on the marine cam, I'd imagine you could machine a normal gear down.
 
Try low balling me.... You may be surprised. I could start an auction ??

Say... starting bid 375.00 shipped inside the states for two brand new camshafts.
 
As you all must know, I cant resist a bolt on cam, but a pair of them is almost heaven:thankyou2:
