Yes, 06. Yes, mates to the injector harness gasket and replaces the factory piece.

Valve covers are cool, but I want some freggin body panels. I need to shed some weight off the front end.

So you lose some height with this unit? Looks to be a good 2-3 inches shorter than factory?

Looks to me the only thing you are Loosing is the stock CCV filter that is mounted inside the valve cover on the 06-07. This is not a bad thing since you can not replace them whitout replacing the entire vavle cover.

Yes, it's .100" taller than the back half of an early CR cover. I needed to clear the factory hood on the S10 with it. :evil:
