My wife bought a 2010 ford f450 with a blown 6.4 and wants to do a cummins swap. We've been looking around and finding a few ideas and facts but were seeing if anyone else has done this swap and has some tips and pointers. She's really leaning towards a 12 valve cummins instead of 24 valve. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

There is a conversion section of this forum, that might get a little more attention there. I have seen swaps done on newer fords so I know it can be done.
Check with Destroked. They have done many of those and can likely give you some insite on what needs to be done. They also sell all of the parts needed for the swap.
