Dumb question, is 20 grams significant enough to affect spool a noticeable amount? Lets say on an old 12 valve.
Yes does help transient response.

I would be curious what FI says about that, as I would think the comp side of that setup would outflow the turbine side now. Faster spool would be nice though, which would allow possibly a larger turbine housing etc.
Already on 3 12 valve trucks. All are running the 71 ETR-HO with 83 turbine and .90A/R housing.
We are working on this already. Have a prototype wheel done and going into a unit for testing.
The upgrade if you send it in is 399. Includes, wheel , machining and balancing.
