P2281 Problem

I have a 2010 Cummins has following mods: Air- 366/484 firepunk kit
Fuel- S&S 300%
ATS Dual pumps
FASS
Tuning- EFI from Hardway
Trans- 48 swap with Anteater
Exhaust- 4 inch down pipe to 5 inch straight

I keep getting the P2281 code Leak between MAF and throttle body. I have checked for leaks and have none tested up to 50psi with compressed air. I have searched and have had no luck resolving this issue. I appreciate all you guys help.

No fooler installed and will check wiring closer, just quick visual inspection it looked good but will look deeper. The problem also didn't start until I made the switch from single to compound turbo. I have also tried new EFI tune also.
