problems start @80 psi
Hey boy's and girls

I just bought for my wife used VW Golf V '05 with turbo diesel egine (Pump-Duse 77Kw) and 5 speed manual tranny,5 door, silver, milage 15K

Talk with TooMuchBoost. He has the fastest Passat TDI in the western hemisphere.

I like those little cars, too bad the US seems to be trying to kill off anything that does not run on gasoline or batteries.
Just a few months ago Bush stated we need to look at alternative fuel sources, now the new EPA regs will either force manufacturers to kill off diesel powered vehicles (Jeep Liberty)or price them so high that people will not want to, or can't afford to pay for them (07 diesel pickup trucks).
Very sad
 
I made smal trip and I check fuel qonsumption:

average : 52 mpg :bow:

and on higway (65Mph) computer shows : 73 mpg :woohoo: :woohoo:


This small Golf use 3 times less fuel than my truck and acceleration is almost the same.
 
Are there model years out there to look out for if I want to get one. Like engines and trans that had less problems. And are there auto's pretty good liek that new dgi or gdi or whatever it is.
