The .83 T4 that is machined for a 68mm wheel, does it need machining to use in a S300 frame turbo?? 63/68

Is this the same .83 divided T4 That's supposed to be so much better than the .91 T4.

Also can you post a couple pictures of it. I thought I saw one in a pic but it was a bolt on like a 5 bolt exhaust flange adaptor to a vband.

If it is a T4i flange then its not the one I was thinking I saw. And a marmon flange and not a bolt on type.
Deffinatly not the one I saw.
So please pictures to set me straight.
