Okay thanks was wondering if this was specifically for a 4th gen swap ? as I know the 3rd gens you don't lose or have the issues with losing functions like reverse lights and what not

Well never got a chance to call fp today just wondering if anybody had some insight and experience using the anteater in a 48re swap in 3rd gen 6.7 as far as any issues with reverse lights or electric tc shifting thanks

Guess what another question . Wondering if anybody is running a fp valve body along with this as I think I remember reading they can build one to suit your needs along with setting the tv value

Send Paul @ Firepunk.com an email or call during business hours. The easiest way to set the TV is a zip tie.

Anybody experience what sounds like turbo bark coming from the trans when letting out of the throttle on tunes with higher Gov pressure mod ?

Yup. Sound comes up right from the hump. Will do it before any boost is built if I lift my foot... thinking converter?

Sound is similar to bark, if it was a turbo the size of a dinner plate. Lol.

Yeah it's new to me too. Started yesterday when I tried a new tune with higher Gov mod. Went back to the previous tune but with the new higher Gov mod setting and still did it... wondering what that might imply.

I'd send you the tunes that have been working best for me so far if you want them for reference, but I'm still having issues, so nothing I would consider "solid" yet.

But I will be flashing my Rig back to auto this weekend and going back to original hardware, just to see if any of my new issues are even programming related. I'm starting to think they might not be, considering the inconsistency of my problems... might be replacing this ATS valve body with a Firepunk Monday, lol.

Another reason I choose to have fp build a valve body as I was told it'll be set up for a higher line pressure regardless of where my tv is tied back at . Also not sure how a new efi set up will act also knowing that on 6.7 3rd gen the trans is controlled seperatly from the ecm finally going to try someone else's tuning for a change once the swap is complete
