It came out of a 12v .

End of cam has ..

CD Fank USA J190. M395
3914639 C5

Any idea ?
 
The 3914639 is the Cummins part number. Cummins does not publish the lift or lobe separation, all I can really tell you for a fact, is it was used in several different CPL's. It could have been reground by a machine shop after the fact, but it started life as a stock Cummins camshaft.
