What type of tranny fluid do yall run in the transmissions? ATF +3 or +4?

Mainly Dex III but Dex Mercron will work also...

Yup. Anything red, cheapish is ok. But dex/merc or that and a mix of cat hydraulic oil is what i run

Just out of curiosity.. what benefits does the cat fluid have? How much are you adding?
