Bully dog gt diagnostics code

P2509 intermittent power ECM/PCM code on bully dog gt diagnostics in 2015 fully deleted Cummins with EFI live hpp tune. Any ideas why it would be showing up. Also, there is no cel light on my dash. Everything I've read points to bad batteries. Has anyone else had or seen this code?
