There's no David here but Im sure you had to have been talking to me. It's not our fault when we are promised deadlines only to have them not be met. We have some processes on the OM3GA shaft done out of house and we get told a ship date we respectively pass them on to you guys. And yes we did find out that we had a machining flaw in some of the pumps. We can't predict factory casting inconsistencies. Would rather have had us ship you something that would fail or wait for the parts we knew would work? Easy answer in my opinion. We don't like getting the run around any more than the next guy, but you guys can't possibly understand the different processes and the amount of time it takes to produce an OM3GA kit. I'm sorry your parts took so long but that's what happened and most of it was out of our hands.
