188 220 in a 6.7

Guys we just got our new thick deck blocks in. We had a slight redesign on our rods and are waiting for the forging dies to be made. Look for some information very soon...

We also have some really cool piston and crank news coming soon.

Please bare with us as we finish up testing and the last few tweaks on these new products.

Block- solids are now in stock. Wet thick deck thicker cylinder walls are in testing.
crank- test pieces will be in, next month
rods- final test pieces are being made
piston-look for an announcement in the next month
wrist pin- same as the piston
cylinder head- this one is taking a bit more work than we thought. as we optimize the ports we are having issues with coolant. It looks like we are going to have to get creative with the coolant cavity. I hope this is done in the next 6 months.
larger valves for 24v- should be for sale in the next 30-45 days
62mm cam- WE have these now but we are waiting on the valves and the springs to take full advantage of the higher lift profiles. Lifts start at .415" and go up to .500" cam lift
springs for high lift 62mm profiles- in the next 45 days
Plus some other goodies. I apologize for the extended lead times.

I think I missed it somewhere, what are the rods going to be? A forged steel rod that will be as strong as a billet rod or something?

Love the work you guys do, truly paving the way for high H.P. cummins

Thank you Sir. WE are releasing an affordable forged rod, three actually. Low horse, higher horse and a custom flavor for use with our pistons. stay tuned....

.080 longer rods ? I'm almost out of time. I sent my block and crank to Parks Engine Friday... If I can get "affordable" .080 rods before my block is milled down, please let me know !

We just released the new wet competition block. WE just received the new low mass and OEM replacement crankshafts. Our new sample pistons just came in... Should know more after testing soon. Rod samples should be here in two weeks.

Check out ur facebook page for pictures.

I will update you as I have info.

I think I had a 188/220 in my p-pumped 6.7. What ever it was, it worked well. I was impressed by how the small increase in cu/in helped the turbos come up at cruise speed.

I agree with you, I can't even go on FB to see what the guys in the office put up. I hope it is tasteful.

We have about 15 wet competition blocks out right now! We have approved the design and are going to regular tooling instead of 3d printed sand cores. We are making a few more tweaks so the full productions blocks will be about 30# heavier than an OEM block instead of the extra 25# were at now. We found a few ways to make them even stronger.
We have 12 3d printed sand heads in now. They will be validated in the next few weeks and then will be for sale. Full production runs will be in stock in 3 months hopefully....

Something I am happy to share is that all of the new blocks and heads can be held together with more cost effective studs. We have been working with a trusted supplier over the last few years and I think we have it nailed down. All of our blocks will be 14mm so get the right studs when you order the blocks...... They are made in England, and I think you will be very happy with the quality, the strength and price.... They will be releasing 12mm and 14mm first, others to follow soon.
Look for regular supply in 3 months. Our first order of crankshafts is inbound. We are releasing the low mass and oem style replacements first. Low mass will be around $1499 at 99lbs compared to 134lbs factory and oem replacements will be at $1100.

We are still working very hard on the new Rods and steel pistons look for an announcement very soon on those.

Cheers,
Zach

Nice work Zach! Looking forward to your rods and pistons! 5.9 and 6.7 slugs I hope! And rods in a 5.9/6.7 and 6.4 length!?
