wanting to get more from my 6.5

I am wanting to get more hp and torque from my 6.5 turbo diesel. Any suggestions?

More about the truck : it is a 94 Silverado, nv4500 tranny, rolled duece rears

There is a few thing that can be done but it won't live long. IMO these engines are better off left stock.

I removed the mechanical fan and vacuume pump off my friends as well as upgrade the fuel system and it seems to pick up substantial power.

I had bad luck turning the fuel screw on my db2 in all the way to the stop and running it. But it did last a few years that way. Motor number 2 really liked about 12 psi of boost and a very minor timing advance. It ran a tick cooler when towing, got reasonable mileage and last I knew it was still going strong.

But fwiw, 6.5s are definitely picky creatures and no two seem to live the same life span.

P7100 mods, injectors, turbo, the usual.

CAI intake, HF cats, muffler delete, custom tune.
