Anyone have any experience with one? Im looking at buying one but didn't know if they lacked power, where unreliable, etc.

Bought one and restored for my son ... Can't find any replacement parts! anywhere Komatsu made them foi IH

I know they made them in gas or diesel, 2wd or 4x4 as well. Handy little tractor in their day. I have a 184, which is close in model number but thats about it, 284 is much more tractor-like with a standard rear PTO shaft and 3 point hitch, where the 184 has an odd-ball rear PTO and no standard 3 point (it was an option though). Yea, I have had the tractor for about 2 months now. Straight piped the tractor, turned the pump up about 4 turns, made a front weight bracket and widened the front end. They are nice little tractors but parts are scarce!
