I'll have to get a 4020 one someday after seeing this all shined up. Congrats on the marriage!

Hopefully this gives you some motivation, we all would love to see pics of it painted!

Thanks! Mine dynoed 103hp before the new pump. I'm curious what she will do now. If definitely love to turbo it, although I'm almost afraid to tear it apart and scratch it! I've pulled 9k farmstock a few times so the turbo would really benefit me.

Looks exactly like a tractor I pull against. Curve out stack and everything. Only difference is the one that pulls is a gas jobby

So on the 4010 does it have the hidden third reverse in the 4-7 range, a 68' 4020 did that I cut my teeth on.

I think all of the synchro range transmissions have the 3rd reverse. At least all of the ones I have been on did.

Supposedly they have a fourth reverse also. I've never messed with either of our synchro shifts to get into r4 but our one power shift has r1-4

Lol, I think it was the late 70s when dad bought his 1968 3020d. That was one of the tractors I grew up on. He still has it today.

If my old memory serves me correctly reverse gear is like the forward in MPH, 1st is 3rd, 2nd is 5th and mystery is 7th. He traded the 4020 off in 1979....showing my age I know!

Haha you got to spend time on that tractor when it was close to new! I would have loved to see them on dealers lots.

Thanks! It's a 1256, buddy of mine pulls it in farmstock classes around SW Ohio. I have some better pics of it, I'll have to post them.

Yep, he was busy during Eaton this year though. He's pulled it a few times this summer.
