2nd Gen. Dodge Airbox/ cold air intake

Let's see your hand made airboxes & intake assemblies for 2nd gen dodge trucks!

I will be working up one for my truck soonish and thought this could be a fun thread for the fab section. As far as my concept, I'm shooting for a sheetmetal (possibly insulated) box in the front corner area. Looking at 5" or 6" inlet filters (AFE 24-91018 specifically), where the tube connecting to the filter will be welded into the side of the airbox like a bulkhead. Hopefully the design will lend itself to be connected to either a single or a compound setup.

I like removing the right side battery and poking the filter out front somewhat like a 3rd gen.

I was really wanting to be able to fit this intake:

but my external gate plumbing would get in the way, not to mention I've already had to clock my transmission dipstick to clear
