Kinda figured....How much bs is involved? It's a pretty common setup on alot of commercial applications. Does the tcm act in a standalone application, or does it communicate with the ecm aswell?

I just did a 2000 series behind a ppump 24v, the tcm is stand-alone. Nothing too complex of all parts are robbed out of a donor vehicle. For what he’s doing I’m sure it’s a little more involved where they communicate through the chassis module.

Nope very similar to the industrial applications
Throttle and rpm are only inputs
We still have tap shift and tow haul functions
First one I did was 11 years ago and now that one is behind a 1500hp limited pro pulling truck

What's the cost of putting an A1000 6 speed into a 13-17 4x4 Ram?
