coilovers inside factory springs

This is for the guys who are running coil over shocks inside the factory springs on a second gen dodge. What length and model of shock are you guys running? Just wondering how much stroke I should look at and spring rate. I know spring rate will be pendant on how much weight I’m hanging off the front. But any help on a good place to start is much appreciated

Thanks

Cody
