New to this forum.
I bought a 1992 F600 with a 6.6 Brazilian Deisel a few years ago. I finally brought it home and am trying to get it started. It has a Bosch Pump (PES 6P 100A 720 RS 3235).
A friend and I worked on it a few weeks ago and it's not getting fuel through the pump. Everything looks clear from the tank to the primer through the filter to the pump, but no pressure out. I've checked the fuel shut off solenoid and it's ok.
Someone mentioned there is a piston of sorts that is stuck and preventing the fuel from passing through.
Does anyone know about this pump and what my next troubleshooting step should be?
