How much trouble is it to replace while in the truck?

I'm looking at buying a 2014 with a blown Head gasket...Just curious if it can be done while in the truck? I'm pretty sure they installed Headstuds and it blew right after that.

Yep, with my setup took me about 15hrs casually working, then another 1.5 for retorques...

Dicking with the compounds took the most time in my case. I left the manifold and secondary turbine connected.
