Full Pull Productions Pulling Series

it was definitely a 'New York' night in PS Diesel. Vince Aftuck with the red Dodge named "Hard to Deal With" whipped them with a pull of 318 feet for a Full Pull. Billy Debenedictus and "The Real Deal" was the only other truck to make the pull-off, but tore up the rear end and could not come back. Aftucks trucks came from Enterprise Engine originally and has not had a good year in 2010, so it was a great win for Vince from Scio, New York.

the Gambino Brothers - Dominic and Joe - won the championship for USA-EAST on the same night at Bloomsburg with their "Brother's Diesel" Dodge. they are from Springville, NY.

three EXH trucks pulled sled a one sled setting...... sled was reset to start the class and was tooooo heavy. Only the chevy and gambino had pulled in the class and the sled was returned to the setting that was used for the exhbitions and was started over again.

any distances for the 3 exh trucks? heard 2 of them were from the east coast series. just wanted to know how they compared.

1 Vince Aftuck 99 Dodge Hard to Deal With 318.90
2 Bill DeBenedictis 98 Dodge The Real Deal 305.29
3 Bruce Balish 01 Ford Black Hearted 298.31
4 Carson Stauffer 00 Ford 295.08
5 Joe Gambino 97 Dodge Brothers' Diesel 290.27
6 Robert Watkins 99 Dodge Grimace 289.4
7 Gary Aniska 07 Dodge Green 287.29
8 Scott Walter 01 Dodge Old Blue II 285.69
9 Zane Oshurak 01 Dodge Joint Custody 282.25
10 Bill Bowser 01 Dodge Old Blue 1 279.31

14 Robert Mickle 00 Dodge Dodgezilla 225.06
15 Timothy Jackson 02 GMC Ridin' Dirty 120.70
16 Justin Wilkins 94 Dodge Bad Reputation DQ

So the 2 East Coast trucks must have gone 330 or better if Aftuck was 318 at the same sled setting or was the sled never reset after the exh trucks and then had to be lightened up after the first 2 in the class ran

Garys truck is a GMC.
Also he did not do too bad for that truck being his only vehicle and daily driven!!!

I must have heard 3 or 4 differant ways on how the sled was set,Jermy I pulled a 285 and Lamar a 286 and some change. The main reason I pulled at bloomsburg was to see how i could compete with the fpp trucks, kind hard to tell with all the sled changes and the track conditions.

From what i herd they reset sled after the Exh. runs. Took feet out of transfer. Sled was set fine overheard that the truck from NY did'nt like there pick so the were going to sandbagg there pull since they were going for a points Title. It worked they reset sled put it back to the same setting that the Exh. trucks pulled in. Was standing behind fence over heard people talking thinking that it was rigged for the NY truck to win a Title.

I don't think it was rigged. We had a good show other then our rear end breaking and not able to return for the Pull Off though. Congrats to Vince for the win Sat night.

I didn't get how:
Robert Watkins pulled first, he dropped his hook.
Joe Gambino pulled second, he dropped his hook, when it was made very clear at the drivers meeting that the only person in the class that had a option to drop their hook was Robert (even if the sled was re-adjusted)
Gambino re-hooks in the middle of the pulling order and goes further than original distance.
Robert Watkins hooks again last in the pulling order (like he was supposed to)

Thanks man, but i still got my work cut out for me. Need to get it shifting proper yet, and find more traction.

LOL get rid of those hard ass tires and get a manual valve body and while you're at it, install a gated shifter with a push button converter lock mounted on the handle! It's only money, they'll print more! :D
