'03 LB7 Oil Cooler

So i am working on a '01 2500 w/'03 LB7 thats been swapped in.. The oil cooler started to leak at the top of the Oil Filter after having been hit by the driveshaft.. I got a Cooler assembly that was from a What was thought too be a '01 and was told it will work but I am finding that it doesn't have enough bolt holes or the holes are located wrong, Here is the one I have:



Looking for one that has Three Bolt holes along the Top (Right side in the Pic).. Anyone have one they wanna part with? What year did Chevy change this?
